Damonte Ranch Invitational

Thank you for participating, we look forward to a great meet.

·           ENTRIES: 4 Athletes per event. Four (4) events maximum per athlete. 

·           DEADLINES: Your intent to compete must be submitted through Athletic.net by Saturday March 8^th at 6pm. All entries must be in by Tuesday, March 24^th by noon using Athletic.net. All entries will be accepted through Athletic.net

·           TIMING: Automatic Timing will be implemented. Fastest heats first. Timing will done by Ford Timing Company based out of Sacramento, good company with Lynn’s seal of approval.

·           FEE:  $150 per school make checks out to Damonte Ranch Track and Field. If you have not mailed in your fee then please have it at the coaches meeting.

·           ADMISSION: $5 adults, $3 students, 8 and under free

·           SCORING: No Team Scores

·           COACHES MEETING: 9:30am on the 50 yard line of the field.

·           STARTING TIMES: Field Event: 10:00am   Running Events:  11:00am

·           CONCESSIONS: The concession area is on the south side of the track by the restrooms.  Coaches will receive a meal coupon for each of their staff members.

·           CAMPS: Are permitted on the South Side Grass field.  Please ask your athletes to clean their camp area before leaving.

·           AWARDS: Customized Medals 1 – 3 places. 

·           SPIKES:  We will allow: 3/16 spikes or less. Spikes will be on sale at the concessions for $2.50 for both shoes.

·           MINIMUM MARKS:  We’ll not be having minimum marks. Every mark will be measured.

            **High Jump and Pole Vault starting heights may be lowered based on entries or inclement weather

We will be having one high jump pit, and one pole vault pit. Pole vault will be in the south D-zone. The high jump will be in the north D-zone. (If the entries are significant we will have two pits for the high jump and the pole vault.)

Field Events (10:00am)

All field events will run on an open time format. We anticipate the horizontal jumps and the throws to be placed into flights, three attempts each with the top 8 going to the finals.
